According to Freddie Mac, their mortgage survey rate for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages fell to 2.98%.

And with rising inflation, the REAL mortgage rate (Freddie Mac 30-year survey rate – Core PCE Prices YoY) has dropped to -0.41%.
