30-year Mortgage Rate Falls To 2.98% (REAL Mortgage Rate Falls To -0.41%) With Rising Inflation

According to Freddie Mac, their mortgage survey rate for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages fell to 2.98%.

And with rising inflation, the REAL mortgage rate (Freddie Mac 30-year survey rate – Core PCE Prices YoY) has dropped to -0.41%.

At Tompall Glaser sang, “Put another log on the fire” as home price growth burns out of control.
