What specifically he said was there will be an executive order for a national park filled to the brim with an unnamed number of statues of famous americans. He mentioned inventors, people who went to space, famous figures in other ways, etc. So like MLK jr, Tesla, Washington, Buzz. You know, just a big national park of AMERICAN HEROES!
edit: A short list from the executive order. It will have at least these ones. Not limited to these presumably and many more will be added obviously.
edit2: It includes Columbus even though USA didn’t exist at the time. Exploration and other contributions before the USA declared independence will count.
